Hi my name is Serge Russell
Passionate about visual communication, photography and videos, I studied filmmaking at the
Geneva School of Cinema in order to acquire the necessary skills as a filmmaker, there I’ve
obtained my First assistant director Certificate and a Film director Diploma.
Subsequently, I aimed for a Bachelor in New York where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in
their film culture and way of filmmaking.
Creative and strong-willed by nature, I settled down on my return as an independent filmmaker and
photographer. Motivated, I am keen to invest myself in various projects that aim to expand my
portfolio.
My studies as a film director have given me extensive knowledge in terms of sound recording,
scriptwriting, pre-production to post-production, including framing.
With serious knowledge as a film director, camera operator and editor combined with my wide
network of people, I would be a key asset in the projects of my clients.
